Delete your account and data

This page explains how to request deletion of your KARADIA account (developed by Largiter) and the personal data associated with it. It applies to the KARADIA app on iOS and Android.

How to request account deletion

You can delete your account in either of the following ways.

Option 1 - Delete it yourself in the app (fastest)

  1. Open the KARADIA app and sign in to your account.
  2. Go to Profile → Settings → Account → Delete account.
  3. Confirm in the confirmation dialog that appears.

This permanently and irreversibly deletes your account and the data associated with it.

Option 2 - Request deletion by email

If you can no longer sign in to the app, send an account deletion request to largiter.dev@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account.

  • Use the subject line “Delete my account”.
  • We use the email address on your account to verify the request and locate your data.
  • We will process your request and confirm once your account and data have been deleted.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the personal data associated with it from our production systems, including:

  • Account data - email address and password, and your unique account identifier.
  • Profile data - name, bio, avatar photo, sex, birth date, height, workout frequency and daily activity level.
  • Health and fitness data - body weight entries and any attached notes and progress photos, heart-rate data recorded during workouts, and your workout data (exercises, sets, reps, weights, templates, history and computed statistics).
  • Photos - progress photos and your profile avatar.
  • Usage and diagnostic data - analytics and crash-diagnostic events tied to your account.

Deleting your account does not remove weight samples that were previously written to Apple Health (HealthKit) or Health Connect on your own device. You control that data in the Apple Health or Health Connect app and can remove it there.

What data is kept, and for how long

  • After you request deletion, we delete your personal data from our production systems within 30 days.
  • We may retain a limited subset of data for longer only where required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. Any such data is kept only for as long as that purpose requires and is then deleted.
  • Backups are rotated on a regular cycle; any residual copies in backups are removed as backups expire.
