App Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of KARADIA. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

2. The service

KARADIA lets you track workouts, exercises, body weight, and (optionally) heart rate via Bluetooth monitors, and sync weight data with Apple Health or Health Connect. The App is provided free of charge. Any paid subscription tiers, if and when introduced, will be governed by additional terms presented to you at the time of purchase, including price, billing frequency, and cancellation instructions, in accordance with the terms of the app store through which you subscribe.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, other users’ accounts, or our systems.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except as permitted by applicable law.
  • Upload content (photos, notes) that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful to others.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Health and fitness disclaimer

KARADIA is a fitness tracking tool and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program, particularly if you have a pre-existing health condition. Heart rate and other fitness data displayed in the App are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for medical decisions.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the App (photos, notes, profile information). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it back to you solely to operate the App. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it for purposes other than providing the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-party integrations

The App integrates with third-party services (Apple Health, Health Connect, Bluetooth heart rate monitors) at your choice. Your use of those third-party services is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.

7. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or applicable law.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data (including HealthKit/Health Connect sync) will always be accurate or available.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data or reliance on fitness/health information displayed in the App.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by other appropriate means. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
